A few small prominences and some small filaments.
The sunspots in Active Area 898 show up well with some complex
filaments close by.

This image is the result of reprocessing the same basic images
using a different technique which was posted on the Cloudy Nights Solar
Forum by "Redvis" aka Cameran Ashrafs. This technique uses the "High
Pass Filter" in Photoshop and produced the pleasing effect of the Sun
against a light background. Colour is added to the B&W processed
images using "Color Balance". The effect is less harsh than the
"Hue and Saturation" method which I used previously.
